INspaLA Spa Policies
- You Provide The Space, We Do the Rest- INspaLA provides all supplies and equipment. Its the clients responsibility to provide appropriate space and furnishings for service.
- 24hour cancellation policy applies. We book therapists time= they keep schedules open for you so 100% charge applies
- 24hour advance notice for all individual services. Rush fee of $25 apply if available
- 72hours advance notice for all events with a 50% deposit required
- Under 18 require Written Parental Approval, Under 12 May require Parent Present
- Client-Intake Information Forms may be required for some services
- Extra Travel Fees may apply based on travel distance
- Please note your scheduled arrival time. It will serve as the time we begin and end your services. Late arrivals will shorten the length of your services, however, you will be billed the full price of scheduled services
- INspaLA is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- All major credit cards and cash are acceptable. Sorry no checks unless you are VIP member.
- Credit Card reservation is required for all spa packages and services. Gift Certificates will also require credit card hold as 24 hour cancellation applies
- The standard rate for gratuity is 15- 20%. We gladly accept credit card Or cash for your tips to our technicians and therapists.
- We require a cell phone or alternate phone number where you can be reached at anytime in case of an emergency. In the event you do not provide an alternate phone number, INspaLA reserves the right to reschedule appointments as necessary if unforeseen events cause a schedule delay or cancellation.
- INspaLA has the right to change, modify, or discontinue any services or products. If you have any questions or concerns always feel free to inquire.
- To redeem your gift certificate, please call us with your number and services on your gift card. Gift certificates are non- refundable, however it is transferable. Please when calling, provide INspaLA with a few days that may work for you, this will help us make your appointment the first time your call. Gift card balances $10 or less can be redeemed as gratuity.
- Event Rates are based on 3-6+guests (depending on service length) ~ 1hr SERVICE is minimum required per INspaLA Practitioner to travel to any location.
- INspaLA suggests that you and your guests turn your cell phones off or on vibrate, as well as plan for quiet time in your planned space. This helps keep your INspaLA experience Relaxing & Stress Free.
INspaLA professionals will refuse services if any of the following apply:
- Over consumption of alcohol and/or other substances
- Broken skin and/or lesions
- Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
- Misconduct, including but not limited to, sexual advances, solicitation, and/or suggestive comments.
- Please note… Refunds will absolutely NOT be issued, if a service is refused or discontinued due to misconduct.
